Right of Withdrawal (UK & EU Customers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving your order and clearly state that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Returns

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the watch within 14 days.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or supplied incorrectly.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as you remain responsible for the item until it is received by us.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Mystery Watch Purchases

All watches are allocated randomly from a predefined pool. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you cannot choose a specific watch. However, your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected and may still be exercised within the 14-day period described above.

Subscription Cancellation

There is no long-term commitment, and you may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our team via WhatsApp.

Please note that any prepaid subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not affect any subscription period already paid for.

Warranty Coverage

Each Mystery Watch includes a 14-day warranty from the date of delivery. If your watch experiences a genuine mechanical or functional fault within this period, please contact us via WhatsApp for assistance.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, scratches, accidental damage, misuse, water damage, battery replacement, or any damage occurring after delivery.

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
